flsuhed em 2 times still yellowing... is this nute burn or do they need nutes??

light are 3 23watt CFLS but i'm gettin a 200w enviro light tomorrow.
nutes are HESI
theyre 30 days old and on the second day of 12/12
only the lowest leafs are yellowing...

that looks like too much nitrogen.
Three Cfls should be plenty of light for a plant that small. Are you using Tap water? It looks like a clorine problem.

I would put my money on it that it is one of these two issues.
1) Your over watering
2) You need to transplant
Seeing how you have flushed twice, I would thing your overwatering (Overwatering shows the same signs as dehydration.

to much nitrogen
to small pots
and to much water
how the fuck am i supposed to know which 1 to belive, i'm gonna go with to little light and to small pots since those 2 are gonna change anyway. and the flower nutes of HESI have 4-3-5 instead of 6-2-4 so thatll work out...
