Does it affect directly to the plant if the first stage of it was done with HPS (A month aproximately) and then changing it to CFLs? Please need an answer soon, beacuse little Jackie its suffering.

why did you swap from your HPS to cfl ? was it heat issues ?
i would find a way to get back to the HPS

ok great! Even though my friend just told me he didnt have them with the HPS he had it with 8cfls. Beacuse he gave us a 1month old Jack Herer, we put it in our closet (photo) and the leaves are curling, even one is almost dead. I believe its a multiproblem, just like too much temp, combined with a lack of nutrients.

You should not be giving any nutrients to a plant that small. A young seedling with less than four nodes cannot handle additional nutrients. Can you take a better picture of the plant? Preferably a close-up shot that shows the leaves in greater detail. That will help us diagnose the problem. From what I can tell from the pic you provided, the plant has been overwatered, and is stretching from inadequate light. With CFLs, you should be able to keep the light 2"-3" from the top of the plant with no danger of burning it. That is, provided you have sufficient ventilation in your grow-room to keep fresh, cooler air circulating. Make sure you cut back on how often you are watering. Overwatering is the #1 mistake made by all new growers. To properly water the plant, wait until the soil is completely dry. Then, thoroughly saturate the soil to the point where water starts to flow from the bottom drainage holes. With a container as small as the one you are using, you should probably be waiting about 3 days in between waterings. The key is to allow the soil to almost completely dry out all the way through, then give it a good, heavy watering to re-saturate the soil.
