My poor plants are showing signs of toxic salt buildup!!

Why I think this: Big ridges along vein lines with leaf fringes turned up. . . Sound about the right diagnosis? I hope cuz I flushed with FloraKleen per bottles instructions then refreshed the resi with fresh nutes put my babies back in the hydrotray waited a bit about an hr or 2 then ran a 5 min flood and then drained. . .checked them a while later and they look the same if not a little worse?!?!? WTF

Now I don't like to sleep with my babies upset so any ideas?

Some Quick Info about the setup:
floranova nutes w/floralicious supplements along with diamond nectar at about 80% strength.

Started from clones 2 weeks under floros now growing under HIDs for about a month and a week or so

Lights are a twin bulb setup 250X2 1MH 1HPS about 12" from plant tops

Grow Space is 3ftx4ft

Temps are 73-75 w/top of garden at 80-82

Thats about all I can think of I also have a fan in there so move the air around to make those stems nice and strong

You have a magnesium deficiency. To remedy this problem, add 1tbsp of epsom salt per gallon of water. Also, make a weaker solution by mixing 2tsp of epsom salt into 1 gallon of water, and use that to mist the leaves. You should see improvement within 24 hours.

Ur telling me to add 10 tablespoons of salt (I have a 10 gal resi) less than 24 hr after leaching for salt build up? And why do you say mag? Have you had the same problem? Reason I ask is my nutes have it in them already.
Maybe pH lockout then? My meter has been fucked a new one is on oder I have to calibrate the bitch I have like every day just to check my pH and still dont trust it to be honest. . . any ideas if that could be it cuz floranova is a complete fert. . . thanks for the ideas

It's a simple problem and a simple diagnosis. Your plant is exhibiting textbook signs of a magnesium deficiency (the light green leaves with dark veins). Just because you leached your plants to correct a salt build-up doesn't mean that you had an excessive salt problem. What made you think you had a toxic salt build-up in the first place? If the pictures are an accurate view of the problem, then your original diagnosis was incorrect. Your problem may stem from a pH imbalance, but I doubt it. Usually if your pH is off, plants begin showing signs of a nitrogen deficiency because nitrogen is a macro nutrient present in higher quantities than any other nutrient, and so is the most prominent nutrient that gets locked out in the event of a pH imbalance. Trust me... your plant has a magnesium deficiency, and the way to correct it is by flushing it with an epsom salt solution.

Love the confidence. . .The reason I said toxic salt is because the leaf fringes are standing upward and there are defined ridges along vein lines. . .the reason I think ur assuming its mag def is the shitty camera the dark veins are caused by the shadows cuz of the ridges and the angle of the photo they arents any darker than the rest of the plant they also look light because of the flash thats fucked up and goes of no matter what they are all the same color like the leaf in the background. . .problems with my plant or as stated now and earlier ridges along vien lines and turned up leaf fringes color is even. . .no dark veins maybe a little purple but thatz the strain I've grown it a few times. . . tell me what you think???
