Leaves have turned brown at the bottom, I havn't used any nutrients yet. It seems as if this damage is permanent although it stopped growing ( the brown bits) about a week ago and has stayed at the same size since, any ideas?

Nothing? no ideas anyone?

Just those 2 leafs going yellow? if so that's normal, those 2 starter leaf are there to help the plant grab more light at first but become less usefull as the plant grows more leafs. You can cut them or just let them turn all yellow and thew will fall off.

What is the pH of your water?

I'm not sure, its tap water that I let sit for atleast 24hours. I could probably nab some pH testing stuff from college.
