Ok my plant is about 1 foot tall, its already showing signs of being a female , but its not really bushy yet, but looks nice..

but all the leaves on it are like, really light green, like a yellowy green color, but none of the leaves are dying or showing any signs of dying, my plant is on a hill getting lots of direct sunlight towards the end of the day..

could it just be the seed strain making the leaves so light green?

If the bottom leaves started going yellow first...I would say nitrogen deficiency. I would say your a noob so go with fish emulsion so you don't burn...should fix everything...
IF IN DOUBT...do what the native Americans did...

im going to buy plant food tomarrow what should i buy? just give me numbers like
20-20-20 or 12-6-6 or whatever is best for my situation

You need a high middle number for flowering 10-20-10
