Default Whats wrong with my leaves?

my plant is bout 3 weeks old now and a few of the leaves are already like 2 inches long but none of the leaves have five points they all only have three and there doesnt look like theres any new growth coming from the sides of the leaves? can i get a diagnosis is my plant deformed or am i just impatient
