For such a 'generally' chilled-out area, norcal cops can be horrendously over zealous in their policing, especially close to the end of the month, when theyre trying to get their crime figures up..

Maybe to an extent. But the fact remains that some people have more money than time ( and know-how ). Those people will always buy instead of grow. That's where we come in
