3 Arrested for Allegedly Hiding Pot on a 3-Year-Old

"EVANS, NY - Erie County Sheriff Deputies arrested three people Monday for allegedly hiding pot on a three-year-old.
Michael A. Giordano, 31, Matthew L. Ortiz, 22, and Kayla A. Fiel, 19, are charged with endangering the welfare of a child and marijuana possession.
Deputies say they were conducting a routine road check at Bennett Beach in Evans Monday when they noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. They say the three attempted to hide the marijuana in the clothes of a three-year-old girl.
The child was turned over to her mother and a report has been filed with Child Protective Services."


And what's up with Mom and letting her 3YO kid just go to the beach without her? Could have a Parent of the Year here too. Not the whole story, but still.......
