More persecutions (Thanks to ACJ.com):
"A call about a possible suicide attempt Sunday lead Doraville Police to a marijuana grow house that contained more than 400 plants worth about $2.5 million.
A man called police around 6 a.m. Sunday and said that he was concerned his girlfriend might attempt suicide, according to police. The caller gave the address of a house in the 3400 block of Pin Oak Circle where he believed the girlfriend was staying, police said.
Police officers went to the address that was provided and tried to make contact with the woman. After about 20 minutes, the door opened and the resident stepped out, police said. Officers asked if the woman was in the home and were told that she was not.
When officers ask to check the house to make sure, the resident refused to allow the house to be searched, said Doraville police spokesman Gene Callaway.
"In an abundance of caution, a warrant was obtained to confirm the female was not in the house," he said. Officers also smelled a strong odor of marijuana, Callaway said. Police received a warrant to check the house for the woman and for drugs. Police discovered nearly every room in the house was being used to grow marijuana, Callaway said. "Over 400 plants with a street value of approximately $2.5 million were discovered."
Callaway said authorities would not release the name of the person arrested in the case because it is an ongoing investigation.
Callaway said the woman has yet to be located."
Let's see $2,500,000/400= $6250.00 per plant. And you thought Reserva Privada was getting nutty with prices .
