One of the victims on the list 'Derek Hale' has a news story that I just read into here.Derek Hale Basically the 12 officers on the scene had no identifying info on them/never said they were cops, didn't give him a chance to cooperate, ignored pleas from witnesses to stop, tazered him 3 times, shot him 3 times, built a coverup around the incident including planting items on his corpse and all signing a statement saying he provoked them, and lied to the public about his involvement in a drug ring.
