Hmmm that would make them stupid as it would be almost impossible to proove that just because the phone was there that they were there and breaking any law as it woud be burden of proof of the court to show the phone was thier with that particular person and that the person was provable to have been breaking a law which in this case would be impossible. So if anyone got arrest they were just stupid and wanted to be busted as it could nt be proven without a doubt in a court of law
