I'm not sure what terrorist attack you're talking about, 9/11? But what we are in the middle of is an economic disaster that could rival the Great Depression. And I, and more importantly a bunch of economists, think that legalization could help in the form of increased tax revenues and the elimination of the costs that are associated with marijuana prohibition. It seems like a great time for this happen, at least from my perspective. So sign the damn petition already.
