I just heard the news that Eric Holder announced yesterday that no more raids will be made on people in medical states "unless they break the law".

I hope he didn't mumble "federal law" under his beath.

So sorry to hear that single moms would potentially be taken from thier kids or vice versa. I would say go to the newspapers,get petitions signed to have these charges dropped,show proof that you were operating with in the guidelines of your county.A class action lawsuit can usually be done with very little money to the defendant.(most lawyers will do this if they think you have a case and put up the money themselves) Contact NORML maybe they can give you some advise. The fact of the matter is that this thread is about Obama supposably going back on his word in regards to ending the med raids which is, of course, bullshit. The raid mentioned happened before this administration was able to get around to changing the policy. There will be NO MORE raids (for at least the next 4 years) on med facilities unless they are breaking the state laws.
I don't know what's so hard to understand about this???

And how do the conservatives feel about these raids ending? Lets see what a helpful Republican senator had to say about it today.........

The fact that Obama is a liar who hires more liars has everything to do with the fact that these med raids WILL continue to happen... and if the states RESPECTED him as any kind of President, they would respect federal laws or mandates and go along with said program. It all starts from the top and slithers down to the bottom. Oh, and about the "asshole" thing... doesn't bother me - it's there for a reason - so I can digest what you and people like you say and defecate the bullsh*t at a later time.
