So, I have seen quite a few posts along my way in which people claim crazy and unverified truths regarding their grows. Music will help you plant grow quicker and yield more... The countless number of random lighting schedules that people come up with... Whether a seed's gender is predetermined or not...

See where Im coming from? It would be cool to have a home for all of these crazy ideas, where maybe someone with the right set up would be equally crazy enough to prove or disprove them.

Ehh... maybe this just belongs in the advanced forum? Thoughts?

I would love to see something like this happen.

The biggest problem I see is designing studies and then conducting them is very costly and labor intensive. And one experiment does not give definitive results, the studies have to be replicated by others to be considered quality evidence.
But I would be happy to help in anyway possible.

The music thing was actually verified by Mythbusters - it had something to do with the vibrations the music caused or something like that. pretty crazy, huh?
