Hi there


I just had this cool visual of a video tube for rollitup.org

very simple...

Rating System. - Weed Leafs as stars.... 1-5 Leafs
Upload Section :P !
Comment Area
Also a information panel - where user can link the vid direct to the grow....


Would be very cool... I have allot of vids i would like to upload, but i dont want to upload to any other sites than rollitup.org

I don't think they want to pay for the bandwidth required for video streaming.

You can post YouTube videos quite easily using the youtube tags. Though RIU doesn't host them or anything, it's just a 'link'(embedded flash object) to the video on youtube.com.

Still worth a try. allready know about youtube, i said i didnt feel like posting my stuff on youtube......

+ if it was on riu, we would see all growers vids and such.. and also have the straight link to the threads.. would be cool......

You can still do it per youtube, what you would have to do is :

programm a form that automaticly adds info to the page..

like whats the link to your thread :

Link to video : youtube embed link

then you have your discription part..

This way riu would save bandwidth... i would go for that, and also have a channel dedicated to rollitup.org where you can just click the vid per search files and it upload the vid to the rollitup.org channel

if you can direct upload files from riu to youtube channel, rollitup.org password wont have to sent around so we can login to that page... easy to do...

yeah that would be awsome !

It wouldn't be hard to program something like that. Could do it in flash and php.

I wouldn't charge rollitup for it ether.

I like the idea at the very least.

Hit me up if you wanna bounce any ideas off each other.

Its not my site to decide what goes on it, otherwise it would of been changed 1 year ago-

try and contact rollitup.org he never answers me.. dunno why, guess when i sent the cash for the server it wasnt a problem.. but other stuff.. forget it.

hope something happens to build this site up, as it is one of the most visited forums of mary jane...
