Agreed. However, I believe the power is being abused. Threads get locked that should be open. I dont think it is a coincidence that the three biggest threads were locked around the same time.

Yes I googled the definition too.
However, the definition is wrong. NEVER in an aristocracy is the wise, strong, nor most contributing the chosen to lead. An aristocracy chooses leaders based on whom they want, ie, friends and family who they can control.
Dig a little deeper, dont trust the first answer you read.
