I was wonderering, would it be possible to get a Photography Section?

So that all of us noobs with the camera can get some good pics of our babies.

I am shit wit the camera, although I have heard a few other people say it aswell, so I do think it would help bring new people to the forum and help benefit all current RIU Members.

I think the Photography Section, will also benefit the amateur Photographers and more advanced a like.

Maybe when cannabis cup etc is on they can have some where to post a journal of there pics and trips.

I thought it was a good idea, not sure what you will think.

However I do think it would be a great benefit to us and help bring new members.

well thats inspired-art, I'm not talking art here, I'm talking photography tips & tricks etc.

Such as I heard, if you put a piece of tissue paper over the flash when takin pics of your plants, it takes a beeter pic, however I now can't remember why.

thats just example but more about things related to that then art

Yea, that might be the best idea.

By the way, the tissue diffuses and softens the light so the macro subjects colors aren't bleached out.

That Idea sounds official!!! Very exited to see this idea come up! I hate to see good Buds in bad pictures! I am new to the culture I know Nothing, but it's my future & it looks good!

If anyone is open to purchasing a camera in the near future i can recommend the Panasonic FZ-28. It can be had for 300 or less and has a Leica lens that is very sharp for the money. Will take very close macro as well as having a telephoto of something like a 486mm regular lens.


I had the Pan FZ-18 which was 6MP...this one is 10MP.
