HELP! Clones have spikes but haven't fully rooted.

My clones have been in a ez cloner for 3 weeks. There are hundreds of root spikes on each clone and they look healthy but the largest roots I have are about a half inch. What can I do to make them fully root? Are they alright to transplant? Should I kill them and start over? Help!!!
