Forums For Certain Countries/Cities

Why not have localized forums for cities or countries where people can chat about local issues,or can get to know each other to hook up at some point. People could also post about the best places to buy supplies,or they could look for others to split a large order of supplies to get a bulk price. These are just a few examples and im sure you could think of other ways this could work.

I realize this may sound complicated and would take a lot of work. However you could just start out with 5 or 10 major cities in the US for example,a few in Canada,Europe etc ,and just watch it grow from there(no pun intended).

I think most people don't want to get too specific about where they live.

Plus it seems a bit sophisticated for a site without a functioning the search function.

I think there are many people who wouldnt worry about saying what city they live in. Its not like they would have to give out their address or anything. Its not a sophisticated idea whatsoever. Just start a forum called NY forum, LA forum,Toronto forum etc ,and whoever lives in the area could join in or just read to get the info they want about supplies or whatever else.

If you look in your CP (My Rollitup), you will see a 'social groups' link. There are social groups for most countries and other particular interests. Maybe that will suit your needs. The social groups are basically the same as the forums, with extra features.

I agree, there are already social groups on here. Create one for your area.

well I checked out the Canadian group and couldnt really make a lot of sense out of it. It certainly isnt like a regular forum thats for sure. I also searched for Toronto,New York and Los Angeles and didnt get one hit for any of them,so this is far from what I had in mind.

If people were to use a non traceable email address like yahoo,then only use internet cafes ,there would be no way the cops could find people . Just think of all the advantages there would be to communicating directly with people in your town . I have already mentioned a few,and Im sure as growers you could think of a few more.

of course if you wanted to meet someone to show them a small sample of what you have there are ways to get the guy/gal to prove they arent the fuzz if you know what I mean

Its not always the cops you have to worry about. sometimes its the c.i. or narc or whatever they call themselves... that what you gotta watch out for.

But i do like the region idea...
