he left and didnt pay the fee, im sure they charged it to his credit card though. and yeah, you could always just get the outside of a cigarette filter and wrap it around the filter of a joint, smokin an "undercover" is always smart. its funny when you see people take a whiff and be like "DAYUMMM SOMEONE GOT SOME DANK". well thats what most of the people down here say when they smell me.

What is the definition of "public place"? The smoking law defines it in a weird way. Smoking tobacco is prohibited in a "public place".

You'd have to consult a lawyer to be sure, but i'd guess that, lacking a specific definition in the statute, the standard would be reasonability - would a reasonable adult consider the location to be open to the public.

Just one more reason to own a portable vape.

We toked in the parking lot at the Augusta event, and I didn't feel like anybody was going to say anything. Granted, the event/venue was rather conducive to it. Given the two definitions above, I think there is an argument that it's ok in someplace like a parking lot, walking down the street, etc. for a patient. I'm sure it will all be tested eventually, unless they come out with rules spelling it out.

I'm going to talk to a lawyer about MMJ stuff in about week. I'll ask him about this.

I had an iolite that I used a lot for 6 months, then it crapped out. You can't buy replacement parts, and I'm not sending it in for repair under warranty. Not sure I want to go electric. I'm not sure what to do about a portable vape.

theres plenty of vapes that you heat up via torch light, however i would get a volcano if you got the dough. other than that, a good box vape is worth its value, i had one for about 3 years before the heater broke. best 70 bucks i ever spent.

Hey everyone, everything went fine! Smoked in the bathroom using a sploof and there was a nice always on vent. There was a smoking spot out front but it was always crowded with fat middle aged businessmen smoking shit tons of cigarettes so I didn't bother. Went to my first dispensary and had an amazing experience. Looking to get my vape fixed or a new one soon though as that really is the best way to go for non-smoking places. Thanks again everyone for your advice!
