probably have to start asking people for trim
what is the current status for edibles? edible exemptions? How does anybody get in the edible business with 6 plant/2.5 ounce output caps? anybody made the leap?
You need a health inspection of your kitchen facilities to produce edibles for others to consume.
I don't think you would be able to do edibles only as a business, there are only a few dispensaries in the state. I don't think you can sell to anyone other than your patients. Could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure

Edibles are legal. In theory, only the weight of the cannabinoids contained therein counts against limits. Since only dry plant matter counts against limits, once you soak the trim for extraction it it removed from your quota. I have a caregiver friend who is making lollipops that people like quite a bit.
Yeah, I make a lot of brownies using the veg oil method. Patients love 'em. I gotta get that lollipop recipe though lol
Maybe he'll pm me with it![]()
to be legal one must have a commercial kitchen license in order to produce edibles for patients to buy....one also cannot sell to dispensaries....as a patient I make cooking oil for me and donate it to any patients that want to make their own edibles.....
Same here. My brownies are just perks, I don't sell 'em.
health inspector coming Thursday, I let you guys know how it went...Once the kitchen licensed I wonder if there would be market 2 rent it to other caregivers by the hour or a day so they can make their own edibles...let me know if some of you guys might be interested
