wasn't sure if anyone had any first hand experience with lawyers that were knowledgeable and up to date in this specific field..not every lawyer is helpful for every situation... first hand references would be preferable to suggesting "lawyers.com" or "craiglist.com" or "google.com" or "ask jeeves"
there was a user in the "...6 plant limit..." thread that mentioned some first hand advice from his lawyer that was pretty good.... looking for somebody like him to maybe suggest his lawyer or another in the practice...

david sanders from livermore falls will sell you out to the DA. I know first hand, I was used to get somone a deal and I got 10years. I also payed around 10k but some one payed more than me I think.

had I just gone to lawyers.com I may not have found this.. and may have had the same issue

Also, freelife, I wonder if this happens often? I've always wondered if it can be bad to get a lawyer before you've been into any type of trouble.... (obviously good if the lawyer does the job you paid him for... but I mean when he doesn't and maybe even expedites an issue to the DA)
