Who Is Pursuing Legislation?

Anybody know what individuals or organizations are currently seeking legislation for marijuana in Maine? I think that there are probably people seeking to legalize outright, but I am more interested in any amendments to the current medical marijuana law.
For example, I'd like to see an amendment that allowed caregivers to sell excess to dispensaries.
Which legislators are sympathetic?

MMCM is actively lobbying for all kind of things, but I just read in paper the legislature will not consider any NEW laws or amendments this session...
