well like they say..."its not about what your country can do for you, its about what you can do for your country." which means they cant have ppl running around thinkin that they might actually own something. jeez imagine what would happen if the government didnt take our money...they couldnt possibly kill more trees to make more paper for money. and imagine what would happen if half the country wasnt in debt to pay the government's bills...that they still dont pay.

Paper can and used to be made from marijuana. If Washington would get it's head out of its ass and realize all the benefits of this one little plant.

washington makes more money on it being illegal. they would have a hard time taxing every grower that could grow it.

And there lies the dilemma. How can they get their cut of other peoples pleasure. I have sweet corn growing outside, they aren't getting a cut of that. It's about greed, it always has been. Who's business will be hurt by it, how to tax, blah, blah, blah.

I guess they think that if pot was legal a whole hell of a lot of people are going to get real interested in gardening real quick. I doubt all that many people will be able to / interested in growing. Americans are people of convience, why grow your own when you can run down to the store and buy it.

no way they make more from it being illegal. Theres ALOT of uses for hemp plants so if it was legal they could make more money through legal businesses then they make in taxes.
