Hopefully someone here can answer this for me......

Ive been doing ALOT of traveling recently. Ive been to California 3 times in the past 2 months.

Anyway...It just dawned on me to ask if its possible to hold a MMC in California and NOT be a state resident.

I know the card is only valid in the state it was issued. But can you get a MMC while living in another state?

Ive looked around on NORML and a couple other places but couldnt find an answer to my specific question.
