i dont think it could be passed... prisons and jails get over crowded all the time... that would put sooo many more people threw the system, the country isnt ready for that yet.

i dont want it to be legalized because it is showing the true colors of the powers that be

3/4 of adults are in favor of it, yet it wont pass....hmmm...power to the people???

maybe this is marijuana purpose in disguise...nature always wins

who are we to vote for? i mean McCain as we know is against it. Obama well he doesn't know the difference between decriminalized and legalised. I'll vote third party this year as those two will do more harm than good.
