In Canada at the moment the law is in a state of flux. The courts have (3 cases) declared the possession law invalid. However it remains on the books and people are still being charged. because in canada are pot laws can be bent and they have, judges have dropped cannabis related charges because they were convinced that are marijuana laws are unconstitutional. but in the states regardless of if its just a plant that has never hurt any body they will throw you in jail along with people that have commited murder, rape, and arsen. with the possibility of getting shanked or jumped at some point.

Well,thats what you get in "The Land Of The Free" I guess.Head up to Toronto for the march in May, we will show you a Canadian welcome,come one,come all, be there or be square,and so on... seriously it will be great again this year, lets break 30,000 if we can. |

im not tryin to be mean to canadians or anything but doesn't the US government want to be better than canada, so if they are trying to legalize shouldn't we, like the kid who is jelouse that his friend is getting a present or whatever and he goes out and gets a better toy? |

I suck. I will admit it. I have a good bit of cash flow and really belive pot should be legal, but have so much to lose I dont know that I can stand up for it now. Maybe one day. I could just move to cali but I have a good market in the southeast! |
