I just came across this informative blog.
It had a lot of very detailed info on the reasons that marijuana is illegal and what keeps it so now.
Just thought i would post it here for people that don't know about the real reasons.
I am middle aged and there was info here that i had never heard of,a good read

actually most of that information i learned from that history channel special on marijuana
where the history channel actually has an extremely positive attitude towards marijuana

Yeah, I was pretty surprised. That pot thing on the history channel is one of the most pro pot things I've ever seen. They say (literally): "marijuana appeals to smart people who want to test the boundaries of their mind." And then a minute later they juxtapose harmless marijuana with Nazis taking speed.
