all you have to do is file a few federal documents...no cost at all. I really only see a advantage to this though if you own a corporation and want to donate a lot of money to some cause or candidate. Super pacs were made so that corporations had "a freedom of speech"....in reality it lets corporation back people for their own reasons. Good luck and tell us what you name it!

....My idea is to form a pac,call it something like "Moms Against Records".Build a web site,some info but mostly begging for money..Ask for vols. to supply info and beg for money...find close political races, any level,especially, where 2 drug warriors are matched up...Create cheap TV. ads ($700. for stills with voice over in this area)supporting the incumbent( attacking the challenger).Buy 1 or 2 prime time runs, but mostly off prime time cable ad time( it's cheap at 3 a.m.).Count on news shows to pick up on what U are doing to give U your real exposure.Claim credit(press release,news paper ad etc.) for tipping the balance if your candidate wins..Hope to influence attitude of candidates running in futute.Might force some movement in the south where nothing is happening...Any thoughts...other ideas...better ideas?
