Hmmm.... my only question in this subject is how do I start this off?

Well anyways ill give you a bit of information of my life and how marijuana has helped me...

I am 16 years old, Yes, under the age RIT wants me to be, I may be banned but that's not the point. Ever since around the age of 12-13 I started to get this "Anxiety" while around big crowds of people. Yes, stupid, but I cannot help it. I am currently taking a generic for Zoloft, but in no way is this helping me. For one I am not depressed, I am anxious, anyways... This has kept me home from going to school and trying. I have failed every year since 8th grade; no idea how I got into Highschool. Anyways when I am around a big crowd of people I do not feel good, I get a sick feeling, I want to go home immediatly, I start sweating, the feeling of un- easiness... I've constantly asked my mother to see if I am eligable for medical marijuana, of course "She will think about it", well we all know what that means...

Besides the point, why must I worry about being caught, criticized, and constantly told not to smoke pot. When CLEARLY it is the only thing that helps, due to my anxiety I also have chronic headaches atleast once per day. Why does the government listen to old time 'theories' about marijuana.. or at that time "The Devils Drug".

Should I listen to the Law and live a life of failure because of my underlying Anxiety? I do not understand.. The only way I can go to big crowds aka Malls, School, Church is if I smoke weed.
But yet yes it is decrimanalized but they still take my medicine and money. I do not understand anything bad about marijuana, everything they say is false. The only feeling I get when smoking weed is of blissfulness, selfworth, my anxiety is POOF gone.

Yes most of you will say " Thanks for wasting my time"
or some other type of bullshit but I really don't care. God made weed, and there is no right for MAN to ban gods gift. I do not believe in it being illegal AT ALL.

All I want is, a study to be done on patients who take marijuana with health issues and patients who don't.. show me how living life happy, instead of depressed is so bad? I am stating this now, if there was no such thing as weed, I would probably be dead. I am not saying I am suicidal at all, but life without treatment is HELL. Why are you making hell over some plant that grows straight from the ground, no processes at all other then drying and curing. Look for real drugs, like coke, meth, acid, LSD...

All Im really saying is thank you government from holding me back to my full potential. Day by day making my life hell with this problem, I can't do much at all. Yes I am seriously trying to get a MMC but how can I when my mom can't find a job, my father won't pay child support, and she's on unemployment. We live day by day to survive, paycheck to paycheck.

All im saying is, for all like me, to government; STOP ACTING LIKE DICKS AND LEGALIZE, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON NOT TO. ESPECIALLY WHEN ALCOHOL IS LEGAL, AND IT KILLS. WHO HAS WEED KILLED!? Oh and on a side note... WHO HAS IT SAVED?

i feel for your situation very much... i missed out on critical years of school as well for similar reasons.. i have schizophrenia and i feel that weed gives me comfort from my condition sometimes..
all of the real arguments are in support of weed because you are completely correct - weed doesn't hurt people.. anything that says the opposite is BS.. smoking anything a lot can cause pulmonary problems, but nothing on the magnitude of modern "tobacco"... i personally want to have legal cannabis so that i can move away from my pack a day cig habbit to smoking just a little hemp or something...
people are wising up day by day about the health benefits of marijuana - now we know that it helps PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) which our own soldiers are returning with in increasing numbers.. it can cut tumor growth in lab rats in half.. we may find soon that smoking a little pot each day keeps cancer away...

in case you haven't been up to date with legalization in california - there is a bill coming to the ballot next year hopefully to legalize weed in cali - it is called AB 390 - we need to make this happen!!

I agree with you too man
I dont have anxiety as bad as you,but I dont get very uneasy from time to time,and smokin does help.
And I have not been diagnosed,but I dont have bouts of depression sometimes,and also I cant eat a lot because of lack of appetite.
And guess what,pot helps.Lol

And on another note..
I was watchin something on tv about the marijuana trade and they mentioned America spent like,billions,BILLIONS,of dollars on the "fight against marijuana",and didnt even come close to seizing even a billion dollars in marijuana.Imagine how much coke and meth would be off the streets if they put thet much time money and effort into that instead of fucking with us over some plants?I mean..come on...lol
