on their smoke break...like at work? I do not look forward to walking into a local business and have everyone stoned from a smoke break. I don't see how it would be any different than it is now. There is lots of legal herb floating around these days (in certain areas) and this doesn't happen. If you have a job and legal herb then you are probably a semi-responsible adult who wouldn't smoke pot on the job. I'd respond to the rest of your post but I don't understand "gibberish".

well i understand that too many unresonsible pot head but on a side not i went to work high almost everyday for 2 years worked harder than anyone else got promoted high 2 times never had a prob but cant say that for everyone

I work with a few guys that smoke on their breaks.I do not.When my work day is done,I often have a relaxing doobie.My work can be dangerous and I don't want a stoned person watching MY back.
