I want to know say if you live in a apartment and say you are growing 2 plants and a nieghbor finds out,Could CPS be called?

Yeah, but they would have to say that the Childs welfare is in jeopardy. They’re not going to take your kid though, they will most likely take the plants and worn you not to do it again, that is if you live in the right state. 2 plants is nothing bro especially if you’re not flowering and most cops know this, unless you have other illegal shit in the house. Not to sound too cocky, but that’s why I love living on the west coast

They can call CPS who can call the olice, or call the police who if they want to be dicks ( and of course cops never want that) they can call CPS.

If you have a neighbor raising a stink you might as well pull up shop now. MAybe even make it obvious to them that you are destroying it. Wait a while and start again. If there is no proff it is their word against yours.

CPS is an issue that has yet to be dealt with. If you are no longer with the other parent. especially if there is a custody dispute, be very careful.

recently in my town a couple was busted with 12 plants and cps is trying to take their kids. they said the kids were were in the room with the plants when they came in the house to arrest the people so that may have something to do with why they are trying to take the kids though.

right - i was about to say there was a case in the news where a child's toys were found scattered very near to a couple plants in pots.. it makes me think that CPS is not involved every time, but more as they should be in cases with abuse of actually dangerous and addictive substances.. if it is obvious that a child is being fully exposed to the drug use without discretion then i can see how it will get some people's gears spinning..

i would just be very careful as always - things may depend in the end on how mean spirited the justice system decides to be with a person... :-s

I tested positive for marijuana and CPS took my kids away....till this day , it is still not resolved.. they gave the kids back to the mother though,,, even though she tested positive for hardcore drugs, endangered the children, and many other things. the kids are still with the mom while I have NO rights at all and am at the mercy of the FUCKED UP CPS system!!! Fuck CPS!!

Damn, why did you have to get tested??? You should have refused. Did you have other drug convictions and the court made you get mandatory drug tests. If my wife took me to court and said I did drugs I would say she was a lying cunt, ( I would have stopped smoking for court) and if I was smoking I would refuse to get a drug test, even if that meant her getting custody you would still get visitation. You must live in the Bible belt….damn…If I lost my kids….. You should get a good lawyer.
