the goverment could with out a doubt,like if they sold it as medicine[like with out the card an just as prescription with like other meds]and BAM everyone would try an get on it,the government could tax it like you go to a dispensary[sp]the goverment chages you 5$ tax on top of the price you pay for a bag[or if your insurence company could pay for half of what ever you got an the other half your cost,if they did that bam the govermnets making money an we'd be getting out of debt

i would like to see the price fall to that of a normal agricultural product.. then we can put in perspective how the pharmaceutical companies are charging $20 a pill for things that pot can fix.. then we have a natural medicine that everyone can afford...

If they would just tell people that sold it to claim it at the end of the year on taxes, the government definately could make money off of it. It would be like a buisness. people grow their own gardens all the time. and the people that sell it, claim it. this would stop people that didn't want to pay taxes from selling, but they could still be happy by growing their own...
