stupidest shit i have ever heard how can you charge some one with a picture all he would have to say is that as far as he knew it was tobbaco in the water pipe and so he was told fucking ridiculous to try and charge someone based on a picture

This is an excellent opportunity to get rid of that particular Sheriff. He is in an elected position and I cannot help but think that Phelps is a bit more of a "hero" to his community. A vigorous campaign and I bet Phelps could walk away with the guys job!
