I could not agree more. Stoned driving is irresponsible and sets our movement back.

From time to time a thread or post comes along about drunk driving. The judgment flows free. Occasionally I see a post mentioning driving stoned and not a word is spoken against it.

Driving impaired is illegal and morally wrong.

true words i'm not going to lie, I HAVE smoked while driving but when i'm mad i am an aggresie driver who dosen't give a fuck about anyone else on the road so i did it 2 calm myself dwn, but do not do it, u ran people over u're a dumbass, and deserve the worst u could possibly get and it prolly wasn't just weed he/she was on

obviously it wouldn't make it better, but i really really really hope that they find that either he wasn't still stoned on the weed, or that he also had other harder drugs in his system. because i feel like this kid is just plain irresponsible and an asshole, but of course people are going to blame it on the weed.

also, i looked him up on facebook. i couldn't view his page or anything, but his profile picture really is him flipping off the camera. admitedly he's not the only one that's ever done that and sometimes it's funny, but he clearly thinks he's tough shit. what a jackass. that made me want to punch him even more.

Were they jogging in the road? Were they wearing proper reflective clothing? Were they wearing Ipods so they couldn't hear traffic coming up? Were they jogging towards or against traffic?

Sometimes the press omits details to make the story more one sided. No the kid shouldnt have been driving while impaired but the joggers may have been at fault as well. If they were, you won't hear a word about it.

Well, it was dumb that he did that, but when i am stoned and i'm driving i enjoy the driving more and i don't hit people haha
