I live in a state where it's legal to possess and cultivate under 3.6 ounces. Now, for the cultivation part, whats the border line with this...? Do they weigh the plant, or the buds( what if its in flowering.. ? ). Because a plant probably weighs way more than 100g

they would cut the plant off at the ground and weigh it, they give 0 breaks. Shit depending on their mood, they might rip that bitch out of the pot and weight it with the roots and dirt, cops can be fuck bags. I know DEA has standards of measure they cut it off at the base, but local cops who knows, this is half the problem.
