One wonders if the was never an Anslinger, would things be this bad in the US? I live in a state that is Min 5 years for one plant.
I saw this interview of Anslinger and he spewing crap about pot and how bad it is. Funny thing he smoking a cig as he was speaking, which essentially killed him in 1975.

If it wasnt Anslinger it would of been someone else. The major reason weed was criminalized was MINORITIES were the major users.
