ok well anything else i need to watch for? I read that any amount caught on you under 2 lb is considered a felony...does that mean even if i have an 1/8th?or a gram?

Yeah it does, a stem or even a small piece of weed will get you busted. your pipe is gonna land you a felony as well so try not to drive with one. on the bright side if its your 1st time they wont charge you with a felony if you pled out. Or so i hear
