what if...

i was growing marijuana, 2 plants in flowering...and there might be a possibility of a search warrant being issued for my place for theft or stolen property...would i face anything for the plants? need info fast, not just random advice...don't mean to sound a little assholish...just freaking a little bit now

I'm no lawyer.... but if they have a search warrant and your plants are in the area they are entitled to search.... then I'd say you would be BUSTED! As far as I know the only time your lawyer could get you off on the plant charge is if they searched without your consent without warrant and found them.... or searched outside the area covered by the search warrant.

The bigger question is .... why would you involve yourself in anything associated to theft that could lead to a search warrant of your place? Thieves are NEVER looked upon favorably here... and I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt that it's all a mistake.... but why would you associate yourself with any activity or person that could lead to you being dragged into it while growing? Rule #2.... be law abiding in everything else you do so as not to draw any attention to your grow.

If you fear a search warrant.... ABORT and DESTROY ALL GROW immediately! Better to live free to grow another day.

Well they will be coming for the thing you bought .. I'd get rid of it .or turn it in , Say you heard on the street that it was "Hot" after you bought it ..

i bought a wi fit for $100 at the time didn't think anything of it, good deal from a friend, then my friends tell me he got arrested for stealing shit

it depends on what the warrant says,can you move the plant some where or take the shit to the police station tell them you bought it and you herd it might be stolen , better 5 degree then busted ps dont tell them you found it tell them you bought it from some dude you meet make up a name
