hey. so the other night I'm driving around with my friend. we were bored and I had a bat in the back seat, so we decided to play mailbox baseball. my friend had made several home runs and then we decided to stop at the first inning.

anyway, I'm already at the end of the road when a car speeds up behind me. they get really close and my friend thought they were following us. so I turned out and sped off so that I could get away. the car didn't turn with me, so I thought that we were in the clear.

then my sister calls me and tells me that a cop called the house. the car behind me took my plate number and told police that I crashed into his mailbox. when the cop called my cell and asked if i had crashed my car into the mailbox, I told him that I had not. my friend hit it with a mailbox, but he didn't ask me if we did.

well then the cop explains how the guy was outside smoking a cig. I'm not sure what to think of this situation, because if he were outside he would have seen us using a bat..not crashing my car into it.

anyway, I'll be receiving a court date. I was the operator of the vehicle so I should receive some charges. what do you think they will be? I just got a citation for criminal mischief maybe three months ago and am paying that fine. will that come up for this case? how fucked am I on a scale from 1-10?

The difference is, no one here hurts anyone else. You see dumb people like you do stupid shit. Then you get pulled over with weed. Some lamo says weed made you do it so you dont get the max, and in turn you fuck the rest of us by supporting the theory thatdrugs make people do bad shit.

So to summarize, growing marijuana = hurt only yourself

Separate question. Why are you on this site. I am sure if you look around google, you can find some sort of a vandalism web page. You could be with your own people, get sympathy there. Everyone here is largely libertarian, meaning, they want to be left alone and they are willing to leave others alone. You are destroying stuff that belongs to other people, can you see why you are the black sheep or do i need to do a puppit show.

damaging a mailbox is a federal offence btw. And since youre a minor (im assuming) they are gonna strip your rights away and fuck you hard.

Besides, there is a HUGE fundamental difference between growing pot and smashing other peoples property.

I grow pot because I believe I have the right to put w/e I want in my body and my government has no right to govern what enters or exits my body. And since current research has found that there are minimalistic affects on the human body from smoking pot, I'm not hurting anyone but possibly myself. And I should have that right.

You, on the other hand, somehow find it funny or entertaining to destroy other peoples property which we do not condone. You're indirectly hurting someone through financial means which is really fucking lame. I'm 19 and I already understand the fundamental difference between the two instances you ass-hat.
