oh, im terribly sorry! well the state would be NY... im not sure but i talked toa couple friends and they said it is in fact a felony... if any one can get documentation on it id love it!!

As far as I know it's decriminalized in small amounts, like less than an ounce. Been over there a few times and thats what my cousin said.

no no no... dev thats UNLAWFUL POSSESION.. i mean criminal possesion i believe it was a bit over a pound or two... im about 90% sure it was a felony but we were hoping it wasnt... thanks guys and girls
