yesterday unfortunitly me n my friend were arrested we were in a resturant parkin lot smokin weed and all of a sudden 2 d'z ran up on us n he had a gud amount of weed on him about 12 grams
newayyy he said it was his shit and they charged me with the blunt clip i m now facing criminal possesion of marijuana charge i am also in the process of a grow of 4 plants total i was wonderin if with this charge can they obtain a search warrent for my premises now this is my first offence so i was also wonderin if sum1 can let me noe da consiquences and I also live in NY state does anyone have a gud lawyer for a situation like this

Fuck no they aren't going to get a warrant for your house if they just caught you with 12 g's in a parking lot.. Unless you had a bunch of grow equipment in your car you have nothing to worry about. That shit will probably be like a $150 possession ticket if you don't have any priors.. A little tip, never park and smoke.. Try to never even have to smoke in a car if you don't have too. It's basically one of the only ways you can get busted smoking, unless you have absolutely no respect for the law.. Never roll with anything you can't swallow in like 3 seconds, and you'll stay out of the big house..

haha come to florida i got 45 days in county jail and 1 year probation for 7 grams. no priors
