dude im from NY... no they can not get a warrant to search your house.. if it is under an ounce, its unlawful possesion charge.. less than a misdemeanor. you'll plead guilty. and pay the 250$ fee the judge give syou. just smile and think about how much you'll mak eoff your crops

This is a different situation but a friend of mine had a buddy and his wife over for dinner. The cops came to the house looking for my friends son. They had just got done smoking when the cops came to the door. This was a saturday, they came back on monday with a search warrent.

I live in south florida...i got caught with 10 grams and basicly got a ticket then in court i have to do some online shyt but then again i paid a lawyer 1500 bucks....but still didnt even get arrested...

You should be able to pled no contest, and take an MIP or some other kinda intervention program which is basically probation for 6 months, then you dont get charged at all. Thats what happened to me when I got busted wit some weed, and I live in teh South.
