My wife was detained at the border. She is a canadian citizen. They found wraps in the car, but she wasn't carrying any marijuana. They merely asked her if she smoked and she said "occasionally to relieve stress." That was the red flag. The banned her on the spot. She wasn't convicted of a crime, and to my knowledge a misdemeanor isn't enough to deny entry. Im going to consult an attorney. Besides that do you have any advice for us?

I wish i could get banned from the U.S.

Im banned from Canada for equally stupid reasons,i was told if i try to cross the border again without a queen's pardon that i'd be arrested on the spot,then transported to the nerarest detention center,since we built the casino's in Detroit there's no reason for me to enter Canada.

I suggest you take the same approach,let your dollars do the talking for you,dont spend shit in the US,i know i avoid doing any business with Canada over the issue.

Canada is equally stupid as the US at the border,fuk,i didnt even know Canada had a queen.

It happened at the windsor/detroit tunnel. I've been living in canada on a work visa, but I'd like to return to michigan. I have property that i'd like for us to be able to enjoy, and we simply can't based on some bullshit.
