Good question, I have wondered this as well. I have some land and a little woodsy area behind my house that I've placed some seedlings in, and if by some twist of fate that it was discovered by the authorities, I've wondered how much I could play off ignorance. It IS a weed after all, I could just say the wind blew it in, right? RIGHT?!

It all depends on how much evidence they can gather. If they catch you at the scene with water jugs you're busted. That goes for fingerprints on jugs, pots, trash, fertilizer bags, tools, etc. Buy a pair of those slip on shoe covers w/ no tread to keep from leaving shoe prints, and keep an eye out for "game cameras" (motion activated, infrared)they use them to see who's visiting the site. Use camo (green/brown) pots (or right in the dirt if you don't need them to be mobile), don't grow in rows or spirals, don't follow beaten paths, and pick up your fucking trash.

How do you know if they have a camera?? I dont wanna go climb trees and shit everytime i go to look at the dam thing. haha
