Europe is quite lenient. In Ireland basically as long as your not taking the piss it's fine. Most likely scenario is the Gardai(cops) confiscate it. Just smoke it at home and it's unlikely anything will happen. Although if you have a lot of cannabis you could get in a lot of trouble. I would say either Canada or the Netherlands.

Ok man this what Im telling you, move anywhere in canada. Even if a cop arrests you for simple possesion and you have to go to court you cannot be charged with simple possesion. ThePotLawHasFallen.ca read about the defense kit. Peace |

I live in Canada and have been caught by cops many times for just smoking it and have never been arrested or charged. I'm in Ontario but i here BC is the shit.
