I live in Australia and its pretty lenient here. A few states have decriminilised weed and you are alowed to grow a few plants per household. Unfortunatly its not technically decriminilised in my state but anything under 50 grams is a ticketable offence with no criminal conviction. Great growing climate too

Yeah i would believe it, I live in western canada and i've been pulled over by cops right after smoking a blunt. all they did was give me a $50 ticket for not wearing a seat belt :S which was why they pulled me over to start (at the time they just put new seatbelt laws into effect so they we're being dicks about that law at the time) but the cop told me himself that he smokes pot, and to just not do it while driving. they took the bud i had in my pocket though :S only 1 or 2 grams. hope he liked it. on canada day we're able to smoke pot on our city buses without anyone caring

Yeah Florida where i live is brutal, I am gonna buy an island and shape it to look like a cannabis leave if you get pulled over and don't have atleast an ounce you get bounced.....LOL

....I've had a whacked out idea for years of building an island out of recycled floatable type things. Basically lashing jugs....tires...whatever floats your boat together. Piling a bunch of fertile material on top and.....well, playing god I suppose. Hey....lots of ocean....lots of trash that can be 'recycled'.......why not?
