dudes getting legal advice from a canadian. nothing against dude or canadians but i think a lawyer would have all the answers. we're just a bunch of potheads. if it were me i would just RUN!!!!!!!

That's some serious charges. Don't fuck around, get a lawyer if you can afford it. Or just run like FDD said. He might of been jokin, but it works. I got warrants in my state but they won't extradite frpm another state. So I'm fiddin' to move across the state line as soon as I have my finances together.

Newbuddy your in some good trouble as your in a school zone which is gun and drug free mandatory 5-15 year federal charge just for possesiion ten you have mnaufacturing and if your in school you wont be.Your gonna need a lawyer on this one sorry to hear it happened.Its worst if you have any prior charges..Stl I lived in Missouri for awhile that stae is pretty gung ho on catching transporters.Your looking at depending where you got caught at a bunch of charges piling up quick. Possesssion,transportation of illegal drug or narcotic.If close to a major border city possbl;e transportation across state lines which gets you an interstae drug trafficing charge.Intent to distribute,lose of vehicle and freezing of assets.Thats just to start.I had many a run in with Missouri police even got bann from the state and I moved back out of there nice and quick as it sucks there for minor stuff but your gonna wanna get a good lawyer as you could face 5-40 years depending on which particular charges they hit you with and more then likely they will pile them to get you to agree to snitch where you bought from and set someone up as thats a favorite deal they make there.

But it's college, not elementary/middle/high school. I haven't seen any "school zone" signs around my campus. Regardless, a lawyer would probably be a good idea...

After hearing a few arrest stories, I gotta tell you kid - this doesn't even sound believeable.

I mean if you are no longer staying in the dorms, why do you have 3 seeds that you started - still residing there? And if the cops came there looking for this other guy (there's always another guy) and found him and your crap - then why are you the one being charged with anything?! Just doesn't make sense!!! Are you saying this other kid snitched on you?

Any public defender will get this thrown out of court! You weren't there, you no long live there; therefore it is not your stuff!!!

Preparing in advance for prison, real smart... (and I mean that in a dumb way!) But atleast you will know what you are getting yourself into should you decide to smuggle drugs... something is very wrong with the youths of the world today!

0. Don't talk to the police unless you followed with # 2
1. LOOK UP STATE LAWS (usually not to bad for growing 2 or 3 but if said place is zoned as school zone could be a class X felony)
2. IF it looks bad enough lawyer
