Who is this guy? BTW these frigging checkpoints are open 24/7. There is no escape. Collateral routes are either blocked or have their own checkpoints. Some expert reference. It misses the US 80/180 checkpoint (Carlsbad Highway taken by all who go visit Carlsbad Caverns) and Highway 54 from EP to Chicago. Trust a border native. These fuckers are everywhere.
