An age limit to get yearly tests. Back when I was like 17. I was in the car with Grandma and she got on the fricken exit of the freeway and kept going. I screamed and tried pulling the wall to the wall to stop us. She pulled over to the wall, stopped and got on my ass for telling her what to do. She realised and luckily turned around without incident. She was just around 65 yo. I knew then that this can't continue. The DMV let her keep her DL for like 5 more fricken years. With plenty of impeding traffic tickets.

So I def believe that the DMV should put an age limit for yearly testing. Its dangerous as all hell.

Just a bit off topic. Im in a small town. And yesterday morning, Im driving to drop my daughter off at school, and lo and behold, the street was blocked. A middle aged fuckin lady on her Cell phone tried to beat the left turn signal and hit one of our H.S. Seniors and ran over her. They had to lift the SUV up and MediVac the poor girl. On top of that it was in an active school zone.
This shit is no joke man. I am disabled now due to a teenage girl on her phone, hot boxing her car, Rear-Ending the fuck outta me while I was stopped at a red light. She tried being all fuckin pretty and shit about it and like "Im okay, can I leave". I suffered a TBI and found myself laying on a sidewalk. And from then on, I forget yesterdays and shit and it fucking sucks, And doc just want to med u up with all this fuckin BS. Thats why I am , today, a huge advocate of cannabis, no cellphone driving, and no impaired driving!

man, people need to fucking pay attention when driving! sorry to hear about your unfortunate circumstances brother... as for the senior drivers issue, i think that once people become a senior citizen, it should be mandatory for them to pass an extensive driving test each year. i keep hearing about these crazy fucked up accidents where some old geezer just plows into a crowd, killing people and then having no recollection of the incident. further more, even young people like in Xub420's case, if you cause an accident and inflict permanent bodily injuries to a person, ESPECIALLY under the influence, you should have your license revoked for a mandatory 5-10 years. end of story! people need to learn that they cant be so fucking stupid and careless.
